Kelly Teglia is a paralegal with Robin, Ferguson & Kempton, LLP. She is an American Bar Association certified Paralegal with an Associate of Arts degree in Paralegal Studies from Cerritos College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. She holds Certificates in Mediation and Domestic Violence Counseling/Advocacy. Ms. Teglia has been working in the legal field since 1983 and has specialized in family law since 1985. She is also a Notary Public.

Ms. Teglia's extensive civic involvement includes: Commissioner of the Cultural Arts Commission of South San Francisco (Chairperson 2010), Member of the Soroptimist International of North San Mateo County (President 2009-2010), and board member of San Mateo County Jobs for Youth. She has previously served on the Board of Directors of Sitike Counseling Center, City of Norwalk Planning Commission, Norwalk Personnel Appeals Board, and Arts in Public Places Committee. She has received many awards for her dedication to community service.
