Dough Robin

Kelly J. Teglia Senior Paralegal

Kelly J. Teglia joined Robin, Ferguson & Kempton in 2008 as a Senior Paralegal and has over 35 years of experience working almost exclusively in family law. Kelly is a vital part of the Robin, Ferguson & Kempton legal team and works closely with the attorneys and clients to expertly manage complex family law matters with sensitivity to each client’s individual needs. Kelly is highly skilled in the preparation of financial disclosures, document management, calendaring, discovery, settlement, and trial preparation. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, an Associate of Arts degree in Paralegal Studies and is certified in Mediation and Domestic Violence Counseling and Advocacy. Kelly also has extensive civic involvement including having served as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Norwalk, Personnel Appeals Board Member for the City of Norwalk, Norwalk Arts in Public Places Committee Member, Commissioner of the South San Francisco Cultural Arts Commission, Member of the Soroptimist International of Norwalk and North San Mateo County, Board Member of San Mateo County Jobs for Youth and Board Member of Sitike Counseling Center. She has received many awards for her dedication to community service. Kelly takes great pride in her work and cares deeply about our clients.

Joni M. Bambas Senior Paralegal

In 2000 Joni received her Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development, Cum Laude, from San Diego State University. She worked for four years on the Domestic Violence Response Team in El Cajon, CA where she provided direct services to survivors of domestic violence, recruited and trained volunteers and completed the Office of Homeland Security Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Crisis Intervention Training. In 2005, she received her Graduate level Paralegal certificate, with honors, from the University of San Diego and has been working in family law ever since. Joni is also a Notary Public. She enjoys reading, gardening and cooking.

Fletcher Savicke Paralegal

Fletcher Savicke is a paralegal with Robin, Ferguson & Kempton, LLP. In 2008 Fletcher graduated from American University with a degree in International Studies. In 2018 he received his Paralegal Certificate from Cañada College. He enjoys spending time with his pug, Dexter, and watching the Golden State Warriors.

Regina MorenoLegal Assistant

Regina Moreno has a degree in Legal Office Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She has been a legal assistant specializing in Family Law since 2000 and has been with the firm since 2003. Regina has several years of experience working with families going through the complex process of divorce and provides compassionate support. She enjoys being outdoors, reading and exploring new places especially beaches.
